Agreement to Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Mosaic Lab LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Mosaic Lab", "we"). By using mosaiclab.net, fullhouse-cli.com, or any Mosaic Lab software, or by buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or software. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Software & tools

We sell our own software products, including Fullhouse (macOS) and HealthWallet (iOS/Android); see Products. The free browser tools and directory on mosaiclab.net are provided as-is, without warranty, and process data locally in your browser.

Purchases

Prices are listed in US dollars on our Pricing page and at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Fullhouse is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Mobile app subscriptions are bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms. Your license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and lets you use the software while your subscription is active.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as chosen at checkout, and automatically renew at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect for your renewal.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime. Fullhouse: cancel from your account or by emailing hello@mosaiclab.net. App Store / Google Play: cancel in your device's subscription settings. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period and the subscription won't renew. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (14 days).

HealthWallet

HealthWallet is a wellness and information tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your results.

Intellectual property

All content and software are the property of Mosaic Lab LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute our software or site content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Lab's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
