Mosaic Lab LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.
By using mosaiclab.net or contacting us directly, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We don't sell data, we don't build advertising profiles, and we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to do the work.
Information We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver services. That includes:
- Name and contact details — provided when you email or fill out a contact form
- Waitlist email — provided when you join the fullhouse early-access waitlist; stored via our email provider (Resend) to send the launch note
- Newsletter email — provided when you subscribe to mosaic ai (via /api/subscribe); stored via Resend to send daily issues. Source tag (e.g. mosaic-ai) stored alongside for routing.
- Company and project requirements — shared voluntarily when discussing potential work
- Communication preferences — how you'd prefer to be contacted
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising on this site. The browser-based tools at mosaiclab.net process data locally in your browser and do not transmit anything to our servers.
How We Use Your Information
Information you share with us is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiries and questions
- Send the fullhouse launch email you asked for (single opt-in; every mail has an unsubscribe link)
- Send the mosaic ai newsletter you subscribed to (single opt-in; weekly; every mail has an unsubscribe link)
- Scope and deliver project work you've requested
- Keep records of agreed terms and deliverables
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy or where required by law. Email delivery runs via our subprocessors Resend (contacts + sending) and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not send marketing emails unless you've explicitly asked to hear from us.
Payments
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by these providers, each under its own privacy policy:
- Paddle (Paddle.com) — reseller and merchant of record for Fullhouse; processes payment, invoices, tax and receives your name, email, billing country and payment details
- Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) — process in-app subscription payments for our mobile apps
- RevenueCat — manages in-app subscription status for our mobile apps; receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts and subscription status, not card details
From these providers we receive only what we need to grant access and support you: your email (Fullhouse), license or subscription status, plan, transaction IDs and country.
App data
- Fullhouse runs on your Mac. Your code, prompts and agent sessions stay on your machine; we receive only license activation data (license key, email, device identifier) and optional crash reports.
- HealthWallet processes lab reports you choose to add in order to show plain-language, wellness-only explanations. This health data is used only to provide the app's features to you, is never sold or used for advertising, and you can delete it at any time from the app or by emailing us. Reports may be processed by our cloud and AI processing providers solely to produce your results. HealthWallet is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
- We may collect basic, non-advertising product analytics (such as app opens and feature usage) to improve the apps.
